Preparations for Hurricane Dorian

Eastpointe is rapidly preparing our behavioral health network for the arrival of Hurricane Dorian.

Please be aware that:

  • Eastpointe’s member call center will remain open 24/7. The number is 1-800-913-6109.
  • We will have representatives available to assist at evacuation shelters across our 10 counties to help those in need find the necessary care.
  • We will be working with our providers to keep everyone updated on facility closings. We will pass along changes as we get them.

For non-behavioral health emergencies, please dial 911.

Provider Network Reporting for Hurricane Dorian:

The links below were created to assist providers when reporting TEMPORARY service hour changes, closings, or relocation of their facility due to Hurricane Dorian. Providers should also report any displaced members that may have moved temporarily to a shelter or family member’s home, etc. for safety. Specific questions may be directed to your provider network representative during Eastpointe operational hours.
