The AlphaMCS Provider Portal is the web-based system that network providers use to look up members, enroll members, request authorization for services and bill for services. Providers will be asked to assign a Provider Security Rep and a backup for their agency who will be responsible for requesting new user setup, requesting password changes, request termination of users and to assist with user quarterly and yearly audits as requested by the MCO.
