Eastpointe is rapidly preparing our behavioral health network for the arrival of Hurricane Dorian.

Please be aware that:

Eastpointe’s member call center will remain open 24/7. The number is 1-800-913-6109.
We will have representatives available to assist at evacuation shelters across our 10 counties to help those in need find the necessary care.
We will be working with our providers to keep everyone updated on facility closings. We will pass along changes as we get them.
