New Claims Specialist Assignments Effective December 1, 2020
On and after December 1, 2020, please contact the following Claim Specialists for new and old claim inquiries.
Assignments are made by business name. Assignments are made by an individual practitioner’s last name when the practitioner uses their name as a business name.
Claim inquiries can also be made by submitting a claims inquiry form or by sending an email to claimsfunding@eastpointe.net.
Billing agents and clearinghouses with multiple claim status inquiries must use the claims inquiry form for assistance.
Providers must have a Business Associate Letter on file with Eastpointe for billing agents and clearinghouses who need to make claim inquiries on their behalf.
